个人简介
陈永生,博士,副研究员(绿色通道),硕士生导师。于2015年从华南理工大学食品科学专业获得工学博士学位,2016年-2019年先后分别在暨南大学、美国罗格斯大学从事博士后研究,现入职于理工学院食品科学与工程系。一直围绕着中国特色茶资源中植物化学物的提取、分离纯化、生物活性(抗氧化、细胞吸收、胃肠道消化等)进行研究,目前,相关研究成果已在JAFC,FC,JNP,FF,ICP,JFF等相关领域国际刊物上发表SCI学术论文25篇(第一作者SCI论文13篇)。主持一项博士后面上资助项目、一项国家自然科学基金青年基金项目。担任FC,JFE,IJFST,ICP,Sci Rep-UK等SCI期刊审稿人。
