个人简介
罗剑鸣,博士毕业于中国农业大学。目前主要研究领域为食品营养与肠道健康,尤其是非淀粉多糖与肠道菌群的相互作用对肠道乃至宿主健康的影响。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金一项,博士后科学基金一项。发表SCI收录论文20余篇。
