个人简介


朱振军,博士,讲师。主要研究方向:食品功能性多糖结构、生物活性及与肠道菌群互作方面研究。近五年,共发表SCI收录期刊论文15篇,受理专利1项,其中第一作者5篇,ESI高被引1篇。担任食品领域一流期刊Food & FunctionComprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety的审稿人。
